Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the Trayd platform, a service connecting users for the exchange of goods and services. By using Trayd, you unconditionally accept these terms.

2. Registration and account

Using Trayd requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Listing rules

It is strictly prohibited to post listings for:

• Weapons, ammunition or dangerous objects
• Illicit substances or prescription medications
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Live animals
• Any illegal, defamatory or offensive content

4. Role of Trayd

Trayd acts as a technical intermediary and is not a party to exchanges between users. Trayd does not guarantee the quality, legality or authenticity of listed items.

5. Tax obligations

In accordance with DAC7 regulations (EU Directive), Trayd may be required to transmit to tax authorities information regarding income generated by professional users on the platform. Each user is responsible for declaring income from exchanges involving a cash supplement.

6. Suspension and termination

Trayd reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms, without notice or compensation.

7. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the publisher's registered office.
